ROBOticket
enables touch free 24/7 ticketing
ROBOticket automates the issue of airline tickets from PNR's placed
on queues by booking engines and travel consultants. It works on
all the major GDS hosts in Australia with published and guaranteed
fares for Australia and New Zealand domestic, Trans-Tasman and International
itineraries.
ROBOticket is installed in a highly optimised environment that
in many cases gives us up to five times the GDS processing speed
that even our larger clients can achieve inhouse.
The
process
ROBOticket
interacts with the GDS host to process PNR's which are queued for
ticketing by:
- retrieving
the PNR from the queue
- confirming
the validity of the stored fare and payment details
- issuing
the ticket
- rejecting
failed PNR's to a reject queue, with details of the reason for
failure
- providing
email notification for failed PNRs if required
- performing
without human intervention.
ROBOticket
identifies the following::
- Debtor
or Company for a PNR
- Ticketing
deadlines

fares
- Web
Based or specific non-BSP airlines

History
ROBOticket
is a multi CRS queue management tool, initially developed as a DOS
based product for Concorde International Travel over 10 years ago.
It has evolved within Consolidated Travel, Travelscene American
Express, and now Southern Cross, into a sophisticated Windows based
queue management and ticketing system.
Performance
and robustness
ROBOticket
is based on server engines which have been in use for many years,
and have proven themselves in terms of reliability and performance
in the field. We have clients managing a couple of transactions
per second serving over 200 simultaneous users, and others processing
over 500 PNR's per day, so reliability can be assured.
